Our Management Team
P.C.M Rao has a B.E and M.B.A from Osmania University. He started his early entrepreneurial career in engine reconditioning business. He channeled his career in battery industry and worked as Technical Manager in ECIL, Hyderabad for NiCd batteries for Defense. He was General Manager of HBL, Hyderabad where he successfully developed manufacturing line of sealed cylindrical/pocket plate NiCd cells and batteries. Since founding of U&C, he expanded the company’s product line and has built key relationships and a strong customer base for rechargeable batteries in specialized industrial/OEM applications.
Sridhar is an accomplished Electronics Engineer with a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration.
He brings over 30 years of rich experience in Sales, Marketing, and Project Management, with a strong focus on customer success and technology integration. His career is marked by a consistent drive to align business goals with innovative technical solutions, ensuring sustained client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Kailash has a Bachelors (ME) from BITS-Pilani, MS in Controls & Robotics from NCSU and M.S in MEMS from Purdue University. He started his career in semiconductor industry and has held several senior technical positions leading new product development at Applied Materials, USA. He is responsible for new product and business development at U&C expanding into growth markets.
Mrs. Lakshmi has a B.Sc and decades of experience in battery manufacturing industry. She started her career in HBL, Hyderabad and joined U&C Batteries since the inception as a co-founder. She is responsible for production and quality control at U&C batteries.
